General Questions
What types of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards and payments processed through PayPal. For custom “Documentation” projects or art commissions, payment details and schedules will be outlined in the formal quote provided to you.
How do I start a project with you?
For the “Post” and “Article” writing services, you can begin by clicking the “Inquiry” button on the services plans. For more complex “Documentation” projects or for art commissions, please send an inquiry using the contact form. We will then discuss the specifics of your project to create a detailed quote.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom and personalized nature of my work, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds once a project has commenced. I am committed to your satisfaction, which is why revision rounds are included in my service packages. Please review my full Refund Policy for more details.
How do I contact you for questions not listed here?
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, you can always reach out to me directly through the contact form on my website. I am happy to answer any specific questions you may have.
Writing & Documentation Services
What is the difference between the “Post,” “Article,” and “Documentation” services?
Post ($350): This is a concise content piece of up to 1,500 words, ideal for blog posts or shorter features. It includes on-page SEO, one custom image, and one round of revisions.
Article ($750): This is a more in-depth piece of up to 3,000 words, suitable for long-form content that requires significant research and data. It includes two custom images and two rounds of revisions.
Documentation (Starts at $1,200): This service is for comprehensive projects like user guides, internal SOPs, or technical manuals. It covers up to 10 pages of documentation and includes logical information architecture, technical review, and two rounds of revisions. The final price is determined by a custom quote based on the project’s complexity.
What does “1 Round of Revisions” include?
A round of revisions consists of a single set of feedback you provide after I deliver a draft. You can request changes to the text, tone, or structure. To make the process efficient, I ask that you consolidate all your feedback into one communication for that round.
What is included in “On-Page SEO & Keyword Research”?
For the “Post” service, I will research and integrate relevant keywords naturally into the content to help improve its visibility on search engines. This includes optimizing headings, meta descriptions, and the overall text for the target keywords.
What do you mean by “Sourcing of Verifiable Data”?
For the “Article” service, I conduct in-depth research and pull data from authoritative sources. I will provide a bibliography or list of citations for the data used, ensuring the credibility and accuracy of the content.
Art Commissions
How do I commission a piece of art?
To start the commission process, please send an inquiry through the contact form on my website. It is helpful if you can provide a general idea of what you are looking for, including subject matter, style, and size.
What is the process for an art commission?
After you send an initial inquiry, we will have a consultation to discuss your vision in detail. I will then provide a formal quote and a projected timeline. Once the terms are agreed upon, I will begin the creative process, which may include preliminary sketches for your approval before I proceed with the final artwork.
Can I request revisions on a commissioned artwork?
Yes, the commission process typically includes stages for feedback and minor revisions, which will be outlined in your project quote. The goal is to ensure the final piece aligns perfectly with your vision.
Who owns the rights to the commissioned artwork?
Upon receipt of the full and final payment, you, the client, will own the rights to the final, delivered artwork. However, I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and for other self-promotional purposes. For more details, please see the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
